MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Membership Qualifications: Individual Membership may be granted to any person that supports the mission and objectives of the organization, and who completes the membership application, and pays the annual dues as set by the Board of Directors. All paid members shall have full voting rights at any regularly constituted meetings. Membership is not transferable, nor are membership dues transferable.
Additional Objectives and Policies. OOB365 shall develop and promote commercial, professional, civic, and cultural interests and activities in the community without discrimination against any political, religious, cultural, or ethnic group; and shall observe all local ordinances, and state and federal statutes. The organization shall promote OOB365 events and/or other town events endorsed and approved by the group through any and all types of media including, but not limited to: newspapers, radio, TV, mail, printed flyers, banners and signs, internet sites, email, and public announcements.
OOB365 Mission Statement
OOB365 is a group of Old Orchard Beach businesses and private citizens dedicated to developing regularly scheduled, quality activities in our community in order to promote interest and commerce in Old Orchard Beach on a year-round basis. To this end, OOB365 will work in cooperation with the local Chamber of Commerce, the Bar & Restaurant Association (BRASS), and the Town of Old Orchard Beach in organizing monthly activities.
